After signing a lease and paying first month's rent for a rehearsal space or studio, you will get an automated email from SALTO KS. This will include prompts to download the Salto app which will give you access to the primary entrance associated with your space.

Does Treehouse have an Elevator?

Yes! Treehouse has 2 freight elevators on site.

Studio E (2616 N. Cicero) has an interior freight elevator that has 24/7 access that is located near the rear of the building.

Studio G (4808 W. Wrightwood) and Studio B (2608 N. Cicero) have an interior freight elevator that has 24/7 access that is located near the rear of studio G. Exterior access for this freight elevator can be accessed with your digital key or fob. It is a black unmarked door on wrightwood near the alley. See the photo below for reference.

When can I move in?

Once you have paid and signed your lease, you will receive a link to download your digital key with from Salto KS. You can then move in on your own time.

Do I have to provide my own lock?

Yes! You must provide your own combination pad lock for your individual space.

What is the WiFi info?

Network - Use any TH_Studio_ network, all passwords are the same

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st. You will get a reiminder on the 5th. Any day past the 5th you will not have access and it will be a $25 / day charge until rent is paid in full. Failure to communicate with management or to pay in a timely matter will result in lease termination and eviction.

Is smoking allow?

Smoking is not allowed at Treehouse.

Can we use fog machines?

Fog machines are not allowed on property. They will set off our smoke alarm system.

Is there a fire alarm?

Yes. We have an automated whole building fire alarm. If a smoke detector or heat detector is set off it will automatically dispatch the fire department. False alarms will result in a $250 fine and can lead to lease termination or eviction.

Is there a cleaning crew?

Yes, we have a full time cleaning staff that maintains all restrooms and cleans common areas twice a week.

Are parties / events / gatherings allowed?

No. Hosting any will result in immediate termination and eviction.

Can I bring my friends to my studio?

Yes, however, Treehouse is designed to host professional artists to rehearse, record and write and should be treated as such. As the tenant, you are fully responsible for the actions of anyone you bring to Treehouse.

Does Treehouse have cameras?

Yes. Treehouse has over 100 cameras both inside and out of the building with 24/7 monitoring.

Does Treehouse have central HVAC? Who controls it?

Yes. It is set by management. We try to keep the spaces cool year round.

When can I access my studio?

Treehouse is 24/7. Please respect our neighbors and leave the building quietly.
