Introducing the Stage - a versatile 3700 square foot multi-use space located on site at Treehouse. With clean and clear 16' ceiling spans, the possibilities for your next project are endless. The stage is the perfect blank slate for your next photo shoot, music video, commercial shoot, and more. Treehouse management consist of a group of freelance directors and creatives. We designed this space to fill the void that we found ourselves constantly looking to fill in the Chicago creative scene. The Stage is the perfect combination of a professional space with excellent amenities at a reasonable rate. A la carte rentals are available on site.

Studio A offers live recording complete with control room and isolation booths. It is also a great space to use as a green room or client services.

Studio C is located directly adjacent to the stage restrooms. This is a large open and clear lobby with comfortable seating. In the past clients have used this space as craft services.

Grip Rentals
We take pride in providing our clients with an range of grip rental packages and offerings. For smaller shoots, we offer a comprehensive list of on-site rentals. However, for larger projects, we have partnered with Atlas Lighting, a Chicago-based grip and electric rental house that serves as a one-stop-shop for any shoot, regardless of its size.

Hourly Rate
$125
Our hourly rate includes the use of empty stage with power, Wi-Fi, room lighting, ventilation, and access to our gated parking lot. This is our most basic rate and does not include any personnel or auxiliary equipment. Contact us to learn more about our rates services.
Accessory Rental Space
$250 / day
This Rate is for 1 (one) accessory rental space. Please see the above blue print. The accessory rental spaces are highlighted in green and are grey overflow spaces for customers, F&B or Hair and Make Up
Staff on Site
$25 /
$25 per on site staff member. Without this fee we will only provide a staff member to open up and lock up for your stage rental.
Scissor Lift
$200 / day
Our company offers a convenient solution for your lifting needs with our in-house battery-powered scissor lift available for daily rentals at $200 per day. Get the job done efficiently and safely with our reliable equipment. Contact us today to reserve your rental.

Multi-Track Recording
$35 / hr
Our studio is pleased to offer professional digital multi-track recording services at a competitive rate of $35 per hour. Our package includes access to top-of-the-line and an experienced engineer who will work with you to bring your musical vision to life. Conveniently located on Cicero Ave between I290 and I90/94. We offer an 8 car parking lot adjacent to the stage for and convenient parking. Our stage is part of Treehouse Records, Chicago's premier recording and rehearsing facility. We are proud to be located Belmont-Cragin.
